This comfort asmrs always hit me pretty hard especially when they deal with past abuse. I more than understand the fear after breaking the vase. Only she didn’t always choose to hit. Some times it was wine glasses or bottle thrown at my head. The sound of glass breaking still makes me freeze up from time to time.

At this point I’m 101% sure I’ve got undiagnosed depression. I’ve felt emotionally empty for the past 5 years, burnt out for a good few months, constantly dealing with unimaginable stress from my family while giving me trust issues and fears of being abandoned by anyone and I’ve even begged my mum to let me go to a therapist to help me, but she doesn’t. She lets my brother and dad physically and mentally abuse me and then does nothing about it. At this point, I’m not even sure if life is worth living anymore and that everyone would be better off if I was dead. If I’m being honest, I don’t know if therapy can even help me anymore with the years of trauma my family has either caused or allowed to befall me. I’ve nearly gotten my arm BROKEN at school *TWICE* and I told my mum. What did she do? Did she tell my school to get the kid punished? Did she move me to a different school? No and no. What did she do? NOTHING. *SHE DID NOTHING BOTH TIMES.* my mum is a nurse and she did nothing about her son’s arm nearly being broken *TWICE.*

The way this is accurate to how I feel today (tired & sore shoulder’d) is just, chef’s kiss ✨ Absolutely fantastic work as always :DD
